Eligible to players who have not reached their 19th birthday by the final day of the tournament and are not matriculated in a college or university.  The residency requirement of the player is at the discretion of the team invited as long as the player is a citizen of the Country/Province represented.”

The definition of Matriculated is:  “to be enrolled in a college or university as a candidate for a degree and actively pursuing course work.”
